The Great Room with cathedral ceilings and a multitude of windows is a great space to gather with family, while the three bedroom suites, each on its own level, provide a peaceful retreat to relax after a long day of play.
The Space
ENTRY: As you enter the townhome you are immediately greeted with cathedral ceilings and the open Great Room. The living area is to the right and dining and kitchen areas are up a few steps from the entry. To reach the lower level, take the stairs down from the living area where you will find the Guest bedroom with two twin beds, guest bath, laundry room, door to the patio, and access to the garage.
LIVING AREA: Relax on the spacious L-shaped sofa while you enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and watch your favorite shows (bring your own app account info) on the Smart TV with Roku (basic channels included). North and east facing windows provide plenty of natural light. Access the patio area through the sliders to enjoy those last rays of sunshine.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS: From the living area, go up a few steps to the Kitchen and Dining Area. Fully equipped, the large kitchen features counter space, stainless steel appliances and kitchen island with counter seating for three. Tucked away in the north corner is an alcove with built in desk and chair.
The adjoining Dining Area comfortably seats 6 with access to the balcony with gas BBQ grill, two chairs and bistro table- a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
From the Kitchen, continue south to the Guest King Suite or head upstairs to the Primary King Suite.
OUTDOOR LIVING AREA: The furnished patio (seasonally) with a four chairs is accessible from both the living area and lower level. The balcony off the dining area is furnished with a bistro table, 2 chairs and BBQ grill.
