With plenty of space to spread out, this 3-level 3,889 sq ft townhome features three bedroom suites upstairs, a recreation room on the lower level with two Murphy beds and a 4th bedroom suite on the main level (set up as an office), with pull out sofa for overflow.
The Space
ENTRY: The welcoming foyer with bench greets you as your enter the townhome. Stairs lead up to the bedroom suites or down to the lower level Recreation room. Walk straight ahead to reach the Living and Dining areas, Kitchen, and Office.
KITCHEN: The gorgeous and spacious kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances (including Sub-Zero refrigerators and a Wolf range), center island, wine cooler, coffee station, desk area and plenty of space to prep your next meal. Counter seating for 4 is a great spot for a quick snack.
DINING AREA: Adjacent to the kitchen and living area, the dining area features an exquisite teak dining table (seats 8) with views of the trees lining Trail Creek.
LIVING AREA: The living area features a stunning gas stone fireplace and wide-screen smart TV for you to sign into your own streaming apps. A separate sitting area is ideal for playing cards, doing puzzles or enjoying a book.
OFFICE: If you need to jump on a Zoom call, the private office with a built-in desk, chair and en suite bath is conveniently located on the main level. Note: The office converts to a 4th bedroom with Queen pullout sofa if needed.
RECREATION ROOM: On the lower level a spacious "Rec Room" features a pool table (with convertible ping-pong table top), kitchenette, L-shaped couch and a TV— ideal for après-ski family time! In addition, this level has two murphy beds and a bathroom with a glass shower.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Head out to the patio and enjoy your morning coffee among the babbling sounds of Trail Creek. Grill your favorite steak and and dine al fresco on the dining table (seats 8). The patio is furnished summer and early fall only.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: WiFi, Mudroom, driveway with snowmelt, Laundry Room with washer / dryer (lower level) and a secondary washer / dryer located on the upper level. Guests may park in the driveway (the garage is currently not available for guest use).
