Guests of this gorgeous townhome have privileges to the Snowcreek Pool (seasonal) and year round Snowcreek Hot Tub and Sauna. A free shuttle stop is located outside of the complex for easy transport around town.
The Space
Kitchen/Dining Areas: Located on the main level, the updated and spacious kitchen is stocked with all the tools necessary to prepare a home meal. The large stone island (seats 2) is perfect for prep work or can act as a breakfast bar. Additionally, there is a Breakfast Nook (seats 2) anchored by huge windows that can act as a quiet work area as well. For more formal meals, the dining area seats six and opens up to the Living Area.
Living Area: The comfy living area features a Fireplace, huge Smart TV, and access to the Balcony.
Outdoor Living: There is balcony off the Living Area with a couple of chairs. Additionally, the King Suite and Queen Suite both have a small patio outside of their sliding doors. *Per the HOA, BBQ grills are no longer allowed on balconies. There are two community grills available by the pool area for guest use*
Please note this property does not have air conditioning which is the norm in the Wood River Valley area.
Sleeping Accommodations
The Lower Level contains all of the bedrooms as well as the full size, private Washer / Dryer.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
