The Space
ENTRY: Two benches, coat hooks and storage cubby holes are to the left as you enter the condo for your shoes, jackets, bags, etc...
LIVING AREA: Windows throughout provide natural light and spectacular panoramic views of Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain. The comfy L-shaped sofa is centered in front of the Rock Wood Burning Fireplace. A built in bench under some windows provides additional seating. Lastly, there is a TV with streaming capability for you to bring your own accounts.
KITCHEN/DINING AREAS: Adjacent to the Living Area, the Dining Table comfortably sits 6 and shares those amazing mountain views.
The updated Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, built in refrigerator, stainless steel appliances and all the tools necessary to cook a homemade meal. Counter seating for 3 is a great spot for breakfast or a quick bite.
OUTDOOR LIVING: The balcony off the Dining Area is furnished with 2 chairs for you to soak up those last rays or enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a private balcony off of the Primary King Suite and Guest Queen Suite.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
