The Space
Ideal for small families, this 1,414 sq ft single level Lodge Apartment II condo features two King Suites, an abundance of windows, spacious Great Room with wood floors, wood burning fireplace, updated kitchen and large furnished patio.
LIVING AREA- features a sofa and two comfy chairs centered in front of a Wood Burning Fireplace with gas starter and 55" Smart TV (bring your own streaming accounts).
DINING AREA- The dining table seats six with natural light from three south facing windows.
KITCHEN- The kitchen is fully equipped and features updated appliances and a Nespresso machine. Bar stools provide counter seating for three.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Located off the Living Area, the Patio features Baldy views to the west and is the perfect spot to enjoy July 4th and Ice Show fireworks displays, and the music from the Pavilion during concerts- all from the comfort of the furnished patio (summer only).
