Warm and inviting with huge wood beams and wood floors, the spacious Living Area is centered around the stone gas fireplace with multiple two sofas, two chairs and bench seating next to the fireplace. Additionally there is another sofa and coffee table near the kitchen and a game table- perfect for puzzles, a board game or a game of cards.
The adjoining alcove acts as the Family Room with a comfy sofa, oversized lounge chair and Smart TV for you to sign into your own streaming accounts.

The kitchen features gorgeous quartz counters, gas cooktop, double ovens, microwave, fireplace and counter seating for four.
The adjacent Dining Area seats 8 with river views or head out to the screened porch for outdoor dining with fresh mountain air.

Multiple covered decks surround the home. The main deck faces the backyard and river. A stone walkway leads you to the river where you will find a clearing with firepit and chairs. The deck off the kitchen holds the 2-person hot tub overlooking the garden. Additionally, there is a screened porch off the dining area where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the river. Lastly, there is a outdoor dining table and BBQ grill in the backyard off the main deck.
