The Space
GREAT ROOM- As you walk into the home you are welcomed by a wall of windows with natural southern light, and spectacular Mountain Views. The Living Area is centered around a River Stone Wood Burning Fireplace with a game table, sofa and multiple chairs for kids and adults. The adjoining DINING AREA features a dining table (seats 6 - 8). Additionally, a Powder room is conveniently located on the lower level.
KITCHEN- Fully equipped, the Kitchen features wood floors, gas range, Built In Refrigerator, Wall Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Granite Counters with counter seating for 2. A small Breakfast Table seats 3.
FAMILY ROOM / DEN- Tucked on the other side of the Kitchen, the Family Room features a cozy L-shaped Sofa and Smart TV (bring your own streaming app account info) with a DVD/VHS player to pop in your favorite movie.
OUTDOOR LIVING- In the summer, enjoy the Baldy Views from the Patio furnished with Glass Table and Chairs (seats 4) and Gas Grill.

BR 1- Primary Queen Suite (upstairs)- Wake up to Baldy Views in this gorgeous Queen Suite. The Sitting area with Gas Fireplace of the suite features two upholstered Chairs to sink into and relax. For those that must work during your stay, there is a lovely Desk and Printer available. The En Suite Bath features dual sinks, Walk in Shower, Jetted Tub and Walk in Closet.
Across the hallway from Primary Suite are two Guest Bedrooms and Guest Bath with Walk in Closet. There is a door from the hall landing that can close off these guest bedrooms and bath acting as a two Bedroom Suite if you choose.
