2025 Audi FIS Ski World Cup Final in Sun Valley, Idaho

Sun Valley Resort is proud to be named on the FIS Alpine Calendar as host of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Final in Sun Valley, March 22-27, 2025. The event is still subject to FIS ratification in September 2024 and will not be officially confirmed until then.
The Audi FIS Ski World Cup Finals will bring together the world’s best alpine ski athletes on Sun Valley’s long historied slopes as they vie for the top spot in the downhill, super-G, giant slalom, and slalom races.

Boulder Mountain Tour: Feb 1, 2025

The 50th annual Zions Bank Boulder Mountain Tour will take place in Ketchum, Idaho, on its traditional day, the first Saturday in February, falling in 2025 on February 1. The premier cross-country race in the Western United States, the Tour is staged on the historic Harriman Trail located in the pristine Sawtooth National Forest Area. Race distances are 34 kilometers, the Full Boulder, and 15 kilometers, the Charley Course Half Boulder.
Boulder Mountain Tour Ltd. is an IRS 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to organize and promote the Boulder Mountain Tour ski race and to support the sport of cross-country skiing. Volunteers drive the Boulder Mountain Tour’s engine. Our event receives support from more than 350 Wood River Valley individuals and businesses..

Hot Springs

There are several natural Hot Springs in the area- the majority of which are north of Ketchum, near Stanley. A couple of reminders to ensure your "soak" is respectful of the environment.

Russian John: 8 miles north of SNRA Headquarters 1,000 yards west off Hwy 75.
Sunbeam: Just west of Sunbeam off of Hwy 75.
Barth: On the Main Salmon River, located up a scrabbly slope, 100 ft above the river.
Ketchum Ranger District
Frenchman`s Bend: 7 miles out Warm Springs Rd located on the west side. Public use from 4am to 10pm, bathing suits required; no alcohol; no glass containers and parking is restricted to a designated parking zone.
Warfield: 11 miles out on Warm Springs Rd.
