What are the check in and check out times?
Arrival time is 4 PM.  Earlier check in times may be available, conditions permitting.
Departure time is 10 AM.  Late departures may be available, conditions permitting.

Where do I check in?
You don't!  You will be contacted by e-mail with the address and directions to your luxury residence.  When you arrive, a welcome letter, local maps, and residence specific information will all be waiting for you.  
Also, if you have taken advantage of our exceptional concierge services, you will find your itinerary along with lift tickets, event tickets, confirmed restaurant reservations, and anything else you have requested to make your vacation beyond compare.

What concierge services do you provide?  Is there a cost?
From stocking your vacation residence with groceries to arranging in-home boot fitting and ski rentals- nothing is too big or too small.  Similar to a five star hotel, most of our concierge services are complimentary for our Guests and Homeowners.  Please see the Guest Services section for more info or call us at 1-888-76-8902.

What amenities are in your vacation residences?
Given the level of quality of all of our luxury residences, you will not be disappointed with your amenities.  All of our residences have Internet Access, Washer/Dryer, TV's, Cable/Satellite, and fully equipped Kitchens.  Please check individual residence pages for a detailed list including availability of:  Hot Tub, Gas Grill, Pool, Tennis, and more.

What else do you supply?
Your luxury vacation residence will be furnished with eco-friendly amenities including shampoo, conditioner, bath and hand soap.  We also provide paper products, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, and trash liners to start off your stay.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as Bank Transfers and Checks with proper identification.

Do you require a security deposit?
In lieu of a security deposit, we require purchase of a Security Deposit Protection Policy that covers up to $5,000 in accidental damage to the property for a nominal fee.  Call us for details.

Do you have any "hidden" fees?
No, we do not charge reservation, processing, or resort fees.  

What cleaning services are provided during my stay?
Daily cleaning services, mid-stay cleaning (includes change of linens) or additional cleaning requests are available for $35/hr (minimum 2 hours) for most residences.  Please contact us at least one week prior to your arrival for your cleaning requests.

Is there a cleaning fee?
Generally, for stays 5 nights or more during Peak Season or 7 nights or more during Holiday Season, we waive the departure cleaning fee.  For stays under the posted minimum nights (varies by residence and season) there is a departure cleaning fee (varies by residence).

Do you allow smoking in any of your residences?
No.  We have a strict no smoking policy for all of our residences. 

Do you allow pets?
Some residences allow dogs.  Please check individual property pages for details.
