Description
With a completely updated kitchen, bathrooms, and all flooring in June 2018, this 3 BR + Loft / 3 Bath Snow Creek Townhome is a hidden gem nestled next to Dollar Mountain in Sun Valley. Guests of this gorgeous townhome have privileges to the Snow Creek Pool (seasonal) and year round Snow Creek Hot Tub and Sauna. A free shuttle stop is located outside of the complex for easy transport around town.
Upper Level
Kitchen: The updated and spacious kitchen is stocked with all the tools necessary to prepare a home meal. The large stone island (seats 2) is perfect for prep work or can act as a breakfast bar. Additionally, there is a Breakfast Nook (seats 2) anchored by huge windows that can act as a quiet work area as well.
Dining Area: For more formal meals, the dining area seats six and opens up to the Living Area.
Living Area: The comfy living area features a Fireplace, huge flat screen TV, and access to the Balcony.
Loft: Located above the Dining Area, the loft features a full bed with desk area.
The Lower Level contains all of the bedrooms as well as the full size, private Washer / Dryer.

BR 1- King Suite with TV, DVD Player and sliders leading out to the Patio. The En Suite Bath with Walk in Glass Shower and Dual Vanities
