Description
Located at the base of Bald Mountain, this gorgeous 5,100 sq ft 4 BR Suite Luxury Log Home is warm and inviting with plenty of room and privacy for extended families or friends traveling together. Centrally located, the home is only two miles to Downtown Ketchum and less than a mile to the Warm Springs Day Lodge and Ski Lifts.
Please note this property does not have air conditioning which is the norm in the Wood River Valley area.
Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Area
Filled with natural light, the chef of the group will enjoy the fully equipped and decked out kitchen with a TV and high end appliances including Double Ovens, 6-Burner Gas Range, Microwave Drawer, and Two Dishwashers. The large, spacious island is perfect for prep work and seats 5. The adjoining Dining Area seats 6 for a total seating of 11.
The Coffee Station with an Espresso Machine, coffee grinder and Coffee Maker is located in the adjacent Laundry Area with 2 full washer and dryer sets, sink and counter.
Lastly, for those that like to grill, double doors off the kitchen lead to the patio with easy access to the Gas Grill.
Living Area
The Living Area is surrounded by windows overlooking the Patio and Fire Pit. the Living Area is centered by a huge stone Wood Burning Fireplace. A large sectional sofa and chair (easily seats 8 total) along with a Flat Screen TV round out this fantastic gathering spot.
Family "Retreat" Room
Comfy and casual, the family room is a favorite spot to relax and watch a movie on the L-shaped couch by the Gas Fireplace. Head out the sliders for access to the Side Yard and Private Hot Tub.
